Argenis Burgos

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Argenis brings over 15 years of experience as a leader in Environmental Health and Safety. He is focused on driving innovative solutions across industries and has a proven track record building out and delivering against safety programs.

Mr. Burgos' illustrious career has spanned a wide facet of industries, from retail to manufacturing. As a career safety professional, having worked at several Fortune 500 companies, he's had direct experience with the unique challenges faced by modern companies.

His breadth and depth of knowledge of topics such as injury trends, Experience Modification Rates (EMR), program implementation and development, and international audit standards, will enable him to support clients with their most challenging issues.

Mr. Burgos is a staunch proponent of continuous improvement and has led several companies to achieve ISO 45001 and 14001 Certifications. Most recently, he oversaw the construction of Data Centers and manufacturing of modular electrical buildings (MEB's) in the Northern and Southern Virginia area. In his previous roles, Argenis has supported logistics, fulfillment, construction, hospitality and asbestos abatement at some of the world's largest companies, including Amazon, Staples, and Wayfair.

MacKenzie Lang

Chief Operating Officer

MacKenzie has spent her career designing and delivering strategic objectives for companies across multiple industries. With extensive experience ranging from enterprise performance to supply chain management, she is a seasoned leader with a diverse professional background spanning both the federal and commercial sectors.

Ms. Lang's success lies at the intersection of operational expertise and a consultant's mindset. Over her career, she has partnered with senior leadership of Fortune 500 companies to establish corporate growth objectives, strategic priorities, and cost savings metrics aligned with company financial goals and organizational requirements.

She is a seasoned negotiator and relationship manager having led several high-profile vendor negotiations. During her tenure as Wayfair's head of Global Supply Chain Procurement, she brought cost discipline to a $200M+ portfolio as the principal architect behind a strategic initiative to reduce costs across supply chain, logistics, and physical retail.

Cara Hart

EHS Solutions Architect

Cara possesses over a decade of leadership experience in Environmental Health and Safety. Ms. Hart specializes in the development and implementation of programs and training materials. Her ability to assess risk factors and devise innovative solutions enhance workplace safety and compliance.

Ms. Hart's skill in presenting complex safety protocols in an engaging and comprehensible manner ensures that all personnel recognize the importance of their roles in fostering a safe work environment. Her creative strategies have not only reduced workplace incidents but also fostered a sense of community and teamwork among employees, reinforcing the idea that safety is a collective responsibility.
